How direct booking on our website works.
How do I book a property?
Open the property page, choose your dates and the number of guests, then the rate. Enter the details of the person booking and complete the booking from the summary.
How do I find out the price?
The price appears when you choose your dates on the property page: it is calculated live by our management system for those dates and guests. The total includes cleaning; the city tax is separate.
Do I pay online?
It depends on the company that manages the property, and the summary tells you before you confirm. With online payment you pay by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device supports them, and the charge is made only when the booking is confirmed. With a booking request the dates are held for 24 hours with no charge and we contact you to complete the payment.
When is the booking confirmed?
With online payment, when our management system confirms the booking; with a booking request, when the payment is complete. The latest status is always on your booking page and, once the booking is confirmed, you receive the details by email.
Where can I find my booking details?
At the end of the booking the website gives you a personal link to your booking page: there you will find the dates, the property, the payment status and, before arrival, the information for your stay. Keep it safe: it gives access only to your booking.
How does online check-in work?
Guest registration is required by law. Once the booking is confirmed, your booking page has a button to complete online check-in before you arrive.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, from your booking page. The refund depends on the conditions of the rate you chose (free cancellation until a date, with a penalty or non-refundable) and before confirming you see how much you will get back. For some bookings the request goes through our staff, who will get back to you. A booking request that has not been paid yet is cancelled at no cost.
Is the city tax included?
City tax not included: it is paid at the property and calculated based on the guests.
